Hotel des Artistes

When the Hotel des Artistes became a modern co-operative of proprietors in 1970, many residents purchased additional appartments. Many were merged together, others were held on to as a form of investment. As a result, a lot of the appartments are let long-term, which is rather unusual for co-operative ownership buildings.
The original marquee, made of steel and glas, was later replaced by a more conventional plastic-marquee.
